Job opportunities: SAFE! seeks four senior practitioners

SAFE! Support for Young People Affected by Crime is an Oxford based charity that has recently been awarded a three year contract by the Police and Crime Commissioner to expand its services for young victims of crime across the Thames Valley. Victim Support and Thames Valley Partnership will be working with SAFE! to support the expansion of the service across the region. We are seeking to recruit exceptional people to join the team at this exciting time and are looking for four senior practitioners:

Senior practitioner x 4

Locations: 1 based in Oxford, 1 based in Bicester, 2 based in Bracknell

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £27,924 - £29,558 (NJC SO2)

In order to be considered for this role you will have experience of working with victims of sexual and/or domestic violence, as well as extensive work with young people. An enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills, you will have experience of multi-agency working and a commitment to high-standards of professionalism. You will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating a locally based, responsive and individually tailored service to young victims of crime.
  • Delivering priority and specialised support to young victims of sexual and/or domestic violence.
