We are seeking to grow our restorative practices (RP) team at the Royal Borough of Greenwich with an exciting opportunity for a trained facilitator. We are looking for a Restorative Approaches Practitioner to support the delivery of our high-quality services, which includes delivering RP training to professionals from a variety of contexts, facilitating restorative processes via our Conflict Clinic project and working with children and young people in schools through our peer mediation programme.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Relational Practice Training Officer to work within the Learning Academy team within Torbay Children’s Services to support our Relational Practice Lead to continue to drive forward with our innovative Restorative Practice Journey.
We are committed to a restorative and relational model of working ‘WITH’ our children, young people, and families, so they remain at the heart of our practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Restorative Justice (RJ) practitioner with experience in different settings, and a passion to develop RJ practice and policy. They will be keen to work at national level to implement and influence policy and practice change. They will be excited about applying their knowledge and skill to our current restorative projects in schools and tackling LGBTQ+ hate crime, and to identify and take forward new projects as they are developed.
