Standards and Accreditation - our work, and further reading

The RJC has for a long time led the field by drawing together the expertise of all our membership, to produce guidance and our Trainers Code of Practice.

In 2008 the Wates Foundation funded a project leading to an Accreditation Blueprint for the field (see the Blueprint below). This fed into our work on the 2010 with Skills for Justice on the National Occupational Standards in Restorative Practice and the creation of the RJC Standards and Accreditation Board.

The Youth Justice Board has also published Key Elements of Effective Practice in Restorative Justice - links to the YJB guidance are also highlighted below.
