Restorative Justice Council proposed amendments to the EC Draft Directive on Victims
The RJC has proposed a series of amendments to the EC draft Directive on Victims.
The RJC, in an open letter to Crispin Blunt MP, highlighted that the draft Directive is 'unhelpfully and unduly negative' and needs to be amended to make its focus the right of victims to access high quality restorative processes.
The RJC's proposed amendments to the Directive are included below.
