Breaking the cycle: effective punishment, rehabilitation and sentencing of offenders- green Paper 2010

The Government's Sentencing Green Paper was published in December 2010, highlighting police-led street RJ as a diversion from caution/reprimand for low level crime and anti-social behaviour, diversionary RJ for adult and young offenders, and RJ pre-sentence for adult offenders.
