Restorative Solutions Vacancy: Project Manager Neighbourhood Restorative Justice
Restorative Solutions a Community Interest Company have an opportunity for two individuals to manage projects in Gloucester and London.The project is aimed at equipping the locality with a capability to apply a restorative approach to problems which impact upon the community; be it anti social behaviour, domestic and housing problems, prolific offenders, and other community conflict issues. The project is scheduled to run for three years. The individual will have good communication and written skills, experience of managing projects in a community setting, developing and implementing Restorative Approaches, is able to demonstrate enthusiasm motivation for the role manage and influence partners, work independently with flexibility and problem solving skills. Experience of working with and recruiting volunteers will be essential. We are particularly interested in people who have a record of delivery despite the obstructions placed in their way.
Salary will be 20k per annum for three days per week based on a fifty week year, renewable after 12 months based upon performance.
