Member Vacancy: Escaping Victimhood, Director, £42,000 p.a.
Escaping Victimhood delivers innovative workshop programmes for victims of crime.
Having developed its activities with the support of committed freelancers and trustees, it is now well established as a national charity, and is seeking its first Director to consolidate, manage, build and lead this small organisation.
The right person will combine leadership qualities and management skills with the sensitivity to work with people affected by the trauma of serious crime.
They will be able to cover the range of tasks required to run the charity, deliver its core activities, raise funds and build partnerships.
The office will be initially be based in the Thames Valley, with some flexibility re long-term location and some home-based working is also possible.
Salary in the region of £42k for a 37 hour week.
We would prefer this to be a full-time post but, in order to secure the best person, we would consider part-time working, at least initially.
