Opportunities to work for us as an RJ Facilitator
We are seeking to engage self-employed persons to provide an RJ facilitation service for our work with adult courts, prisons and other agencies. You would be engaged by Thames Valley Probation and work as part of a small team of RJ Facilitators. Work is allocated to suit your capacity and geographical location. You will receive regular supervision and attend team meetings in order to develop practice and progress the work of the Service.

NOMS Programme Managers
Restorative Solutions are looking for individuals to work as programme managers on the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) programme which is aimed at creating a RJ capacity within NOMS.
The role will involve the management of a grant funded programme aimed at developing a restorative capacity within NOMS. The successful candidates will be expected to provide inspirational leadership and assist in bringing about a transformational change in the sector, good project management skills will be required along with an ability to solve problems as the programme is rolled out.

Programme Manager Neighbourhood Restorative Justice
Restorative Solutions are engaging on a national programme of developing Neighbourhood Restorative Justice (NRJ) in localities and have an opportunity for the right person to engage as a Programme Manager in the South of England. The programme is aimed at equipping the localities with a capability to apply a restorative approach to problems which impact upon their community; be it anti social behaviour, domestic and housing problems, prolific offenders, and other community conflict issues. The programme is scheduled to run for three years. The individual will have good communication and written skills, experience of managing projects in a community setting. experience of developing and implementing Restorative Approaches. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self motivated and will be able to influence partners, work independently and have innovative problem solving skills. We are particularly interested in people who have a record of delivery and inspiring others.
