Consultation on RJC Practitioners Register

We are continuing our work to develop the quality assurance framework for the field of restorative practice.

The Ministry of Justice has provided RJC with start-up investment to develop a national practitioner register, searchable online to give commissioners and the public - particularly individuals considering participation in a restorative process - confidence that it will be a safe and  positive experience.

RJC consulted on our plans for practitioner registration from 6thJanuary 2011 to 11th March 2011. To read the full consultation document follow the link below.

Thank you to everyone who responded to the consultationon practitioner registration. 86% of responses to the consultation supported the proposals, and the detailed suggestions and comments will be used to shape the development of the register. A summary of the responses we  received is available for download in our Resources section - see the link below.
