2 days online training for RJ Facilitators.
This course is to train existing RJ facilitators to develop the additional skills to tackle complex and sensitive (C & S) restorative cases.
The training is 2 consecutive days by zoom.
This course will cover - What victims need/ self assessment/ Defining Complex and Sensitive / developing skills/ Reflective practice.
Join us for this introductory course and learn the basic ethos and principles of restorative practice. This course is ideal for those just starting out or are wanting to learn about being restorative.
This approved course is an intensive and comprehensive immersion in the ethos and practice skills used to apply a restorative lens to the task of relationship repair, the addressing of harm and the growth of community. This Restorative Practice Facilitation Skills course is unique, in that it incorporates tuition in enhanced practitioner skills using a unique method of engagement, enabling greater inclusion of parties in the process. Prior knowledge of restorative practice is not a pre-requisite for undertaking this course.
Our Sensitive and Complex Case training course is for those who have previously completed their initial training and are looking to develop the enhanced skills required to facilitate complex and sensitive restorative cases.
This is our pre-pandemic one-day training but will be delivered on-line via zoom over two shorter days to ensure maximum engagement and opportunity to ask questions.
2nd, 11th, 16th and 19th 2024 - This is our pre-pandemic three-day training but will now be delivered on-line via Zoom over four shorter days to ensure maximum engagement and opportunity to ask questions.

How to facilitate restorative justice cases to Best Practice Guidance with skill and confidence
This course offers a practical toolkit for applying restorative ways of communicating and working in all settings. It also gives facilitation in Level 1 conversations: for example workplace or classroom disputes.
